Gaitway Consulting was founded in 2022 by Alecia Geter in Charlotte, NC, with a clear mission: to help growing businesses turn strategy into measurable results. What began as a learning and development consultancy has evolved into a strategic partner for organizations ready to strengthen their operations, elevate their people, and scale with intention.
