Meet Our Founder, Alecia N. Geter, M.Ed., CPTD
With over 17 years of experience, Alecia Geter has built a career at the intersection of business strategy, workforce performance, and operational execution. She has led high-impact initiatives across industries including Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate, partnering with organizations to strengthen how their people, processes, and strategies work together to drive results.
Alecia holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD). Throughout her career, she has successfully built and scaled programs from the ground up, serving in senior and executive-level roles where she was responsible for delivering measurable business impact—not just standalone learning solutions.
She is known for her ability to translate strategy into action—designing practical, scalable solutions that improve performance, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.
Alecia founded Gaitway Consulting with a clear vision: to provide growing businesses with the structure, strategy, and expertise they need to operate more effectively and scale with confidence.
